Why should you complete a Ministry Profile? God designed us to be in community with one another, loving each other as we love and serve the Lord.
Brothers and sisters, I don’t want you to be ignorant about spiritual gifts. There are different spiritual gifts but the same Spirit; and there are different ministries and the same Lord; and there are different activities but the same God who produces all of them in everyone (1 Corinthians 12:1, 4-6).
Jesus is our example, having spent his time on earth as a servant leader.
But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many (Matthew 20:26-28).
By working through this ministry profile, you will discover how best to serve God and others.
